The Pipeline
From highland farm to Canadian roaster — one chain, fully owned.
Quality is not a checkpoint — it is the architecture of our supply chain. Every hand-off is documented, every container monitored, every bag traceable.
The infrastructure of quality.
Standard Operating Procedure01
Farm Selection
We work with cooperatives at 1,600–2,200m, identifying terroir and varietal potential in high-altitude forest plots. Long-term contracts, not single-harvest deals.

02
Harvest & Processing
Hand-picked cherries are sorted and processed at our partner washing stations using washed, natural, or honey methods depending on lot profile.
Washing Stations
03
Quality Control
Triple-point grading: on-site moisture and density testing, Q-Grader cupping, and physical defect screening before any lot is approved for export.
Origin Lab
04
Export & Freight
Climate-controlled containers with real-time temperature and humidity telemetry. Documented chain-of-custody from warehouse to vessel.

05
Canadian Warehousing
Bonded storage at climate-stable hubs ensures green coffee arrives at roasters in the same condition it left the washing station.
